RefectoCil Cream Oxidant 3% Developer is a stabilized cream developer especially formulated to be used with Refectocil Eyelash & Eyebrow Tints. Only the use of Refectocil Oxidant guarantees the tinting results of Refectocil tints.

Usage Instructions:

• Recipe for mixing tint is 2 cm of tint and 15-20 drops of oxidant - mix to a creamy (frosting-like) consistency and apply to brows and lashes.
