Usage:
Step 1: Exfoliate lips with a lip scrub.
Step 2: Thoroughly remove leftovers with water and pat dry with a cloth.

Step 4: Roll the needling roller over the lips with light, even pressure in a horizontal, vertical, and diagonal direction and carefully work the serum into the lips.
